Designing Your Project
Our projects are fully custom. Within the scope of each major project, we include a complementary design meeting in your home, followed by a meeting together at our material vendor.
We can help you select your materials, verify quantities, and get them ordered. We also include up to two additional meetings throughout the course of your project, one to help finalize tile or flooring installation details and grout colors, and one to finalize your paint color selections.
If you’d prefer additional design or decorating help beyond these complementary services, those are available at an additional rate.

Kelley Irwin
Co-Founder, CEO, & Creative Director
Kelley has been designing renovations for Irwin Construction since its formation and has a wealth of knowledge of construction materials, kitchen and bathroom design, blending new spaces with old, and planning spaces around a family. Her specialties are making functional design beautiful, and utilizing color to elevate a design from the big picture all the way down to the smallest details.
Madie Fox
Design Assistant
Madie has excellent instincts for aesthetics and a passion for design. She assists in selecting materials, colors, and finishes that align with each client’s style and project goals. She will be on hand during your project to help translate ideas into cohesive designs to ensure your space is both functional and beautiful.
